VillaMagnolia.nl has long offered the lowest prices. Thanks to our lowest price guarantee, guests who find a lower price on another website within 24 hours will receive the same price and an additional 20% discount for their entire stay. Our guarantee gives you the certainty that you will always pay the lowest price when you book through Villa Magnolia. How it works:

- Book a room (or other type of accommodation) through VillaMagnolia.nl or directly through the hotel. When you book online via VillaMagnolia.nl, you will also receive an additional 5% discount (not applicable to reservations made in person, by telephone, or by email), but you must have a credit card. This discount is already included in the online price shown.

- If you find a lower price for the same room type, for the same dates and under the same conditions within 24 hours of making your reservation, and you submit a qualified request, we will honor the lower price and offer an additional 20% discount on the room rate for the entire stay.

Guaranteeing and paying for your stay

When making a reservation (both online and with our staff), you will be asked to make a deposit or provide a guarantee with your credit card, depending on the rate you have booked. Once we have received your guarantee, the reservation is final.

You can pay in various ways at Villa Magnolia. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, but we prefer payment by debit card (Maestro or V-Pay cards). We also accept cash payments in euros. You can choose to transfer the total travel sum to Villa Magnolia before arrival. This can be done by bank transfer to account number NL44 RABO 0329 5406 61 in the name of Villa Magnolia in Oostkapelle (BIC RABONL2U).

Change your plans

We understand that plans can change. If you make changes to your reservation, a fee will be charged from the second change onwards. In addition, changes and cancellations must always be confirmed in writing by the guest via email.

The reservation and cancellation conditions of the  Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca (UVH) apply to reservations and services provided by Villa Magnolia. These are binding for everyone who uses our services, unless otherwise stated in the booked rate for your stay. Please check the conditions of each reservation for specific conditions.

When a reservation is made at a standard rate, our Best Available Rate, the following applies to the calculation of cancellation fees based on the total value of that reservation:
 
- More than 30 days before arrival 0%
- More than 14 days before arrival 15%
- More than 7 days before arrival 35%
- More than 3 days before arrival 60%
- More than 24 hours before arrival 85%
- Less than 24 hours before arrival 100%

Cancellation fees apply if the reservation is changed or canceled after the deadline. For certain rates and rooms (such as our Non-Refundable rates), reservations cannot be changed after final booking. Applicable conditions are stated in the reservation confirmation.

Villa Magnolia does not offer cancellation insurance and requests that guests make their own arrangements.

Our different rates

At Villa Magnolia, you can make reservations at different rates and with different offers. These rates may be subject to different payment and cancellation conditions. During the booking process, you can view the conditions for each available rate. We therefore request that you carefully check the specific conditions of the rate you have booked for each reservation. The prices listed do not include tourist tax, which is calculated per person per night.

Our rates are divided into four categories:

- Best Available Rate: standard prices without additional conditions
- Flexible offers: special rates without additional conditions
- Fully Flexible offers: special rates with more flexible cancellation conditions and additional conditions. Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 7 nights before the arrival date before 2:00 p.m. The total price of the reservation will be charged 7 nights before arrival.
- Non-Refundable rates: exclusive offers that require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-changeable.

The availability of rates is limited per travel date. Offers are generally not valid during public holidays and vacations and are not available for all room categories.

Realising your wishes and preferences

Our staff will be happy to advise you on the room type that best suits your needs. Not only can you select the right room type that meets your specific requirements when you book directly, but our team will also be able to get to know your preferences better and make your stay even more enjoyable.

If you have a specific room request (such as floor, view, location, or room number), we will always do our utmost to accommodate it. However, we cannot guarantee this. If you want certainty about a specific preference, you can book it as an extra. We charge this fee in order to be able to carefully process as many guest requests as possible. Due to limited room capacity and the large number of (regular) guests with preferences, this requires extra time to plan and results in room nights that cannot be rented out.

Low season:
- Stays shorter than 4 paid nights: preference fees apply
- Stays of 4 paid nights or more: preference fees are not charged

Shoulder and high season:
- Stays shorter than 7 paid nights: preference fee per room per night
- Stays of 7 paid nights or more: preference fee will not be charged

Good to know

Our reception is open between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Would you like to check in earlier or check out later? Please let us know in advance. You can request an early check-in or late check-out for a fee (this service is subject to availability).

Pets are not allowed anywhere on the grounds of Villa Magnolia. This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the room will result in an additional night's stay (based on the standard room rate) being charged for airing and cleaning the room.

Final cleaning, towels, and linens are included in the price. Towels are usually replaced after four days and linens after one week. In that case, cleaning costs will be charged per employee per quarter hour.
