Spacious studios

The penthouses at Villa Magnolia offer you the opportunity to create your own experience in Oostkapelle. The spacious, 50 sq. m rooms cater to up to three guests at a time. Upon request an extra cot can be placed in the room. The penthouses are at the far end of the studio building, on the top floor, ensuring peace and tranquillity with only one neighbour. Each penthouse has a west-facing sunny balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Villa Magnolia. The large windows on three sides of the room make it a bright and sunny space. In the penthouse you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, kettle and micro-wave. The penthouses come with radio and television, as well as a cosy reading area. Breakfast in the conservatory is not included but can be booked at an additional charge of € 14,95 per person per day (€ 17,95 per person when you book on site).

It is possible to have your studio cleaned during your stay (outside final cleaning and costs). A cleaning fee of € 35,00 per staff member per hour will be charged. Towels will be changed every four days and bedding will be changed once a week. If you wish for your towels or bedding to be changed more frequently, we can offer those services at a nominal fee.

The regular (25 sq. m.) studios are spacious and sunny with windows on multiple sides of the room. These studios can be found on the ground floor and are easily accessible for all. All of our studios come with a private terrace or balcony making sure you can enjoy the sun and the views that Zeeland has to offer. The studios are equipped with two comfortable beds (Lits-jameaux), television, dining area and a fully fitted kitchenette. Here, you can prepare your own meals. The kitchen features a coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and microwave. Breakfast in the conservatory is not included but can be booked at an additional charge of € 14,95 per person per day (€ 17,95 per person when you book on site).

All of our studios come with a private terrace or balcony making sure you can enjoy the sun and the views that Zeeland has to offer. Deze studio (25m2) bevindt zich op de begane grond en heeft een privé terras aan de voor- en achterkant om zo van de ochtend- en avond zon te genieten. Deze studio is hetzelfde als de andere studio’s, maar heeft één grote extra; een privé hottub op het terras. Geniet van het buitenleven, wat extra luxe en kom even helemaal tot rust, ongeacht het seizoen. Want in de wintermaanden kunt u in de koude buitenlucht de warmte van de hottub opzoeken en in de zomer is het een heerlijke verfrissing! De studio is geschikt tot twee personen en er is ruimte voor een babybedje.

Deze hoekstudio (25 m2) bevindt zich op de begane grond en heeft een zeer weids uitzicht. U kunt zowel op het terras aan de voorzijde als op het terras op het zuiden genieten van de ochtend- en avondzon. De Studio is omringt door een ruime, kleurrijke buitenruimte vol groen en bloemen vanwaar u een  prachtig, weids uitzicht heeft over de tuinen van Villa Magnolia. Ook vanuit binnen blijft u de verbinding met het landschap houden doordat  de ramen/tuindeuren aan meerdere zijdes zorgen voor natuurlijk licht. Deze ruime studio is geschikt tot twee personen en er is eventueel ruimte voor een babybedje.
