To book directly online or to check our availability, please use this link. You then pay the best price for your stay, you have more favorable conditions and you also receive a 5% discount. Of course you are still very welcome to book directly with one of our employees via the reception. When reserving your room with us we will be asking you for a guarantee either with credit card details or deposit. Once the deposit is received, the reservation is final. Villa Magnolia does not offer a cancellation insurance. Villa Magnolia has no cancellation insurance and asks guests to make their own arrangements. Should you have indicated a preference for your assigned accommodation, we will do utmost to fulfil this request. We can however not guarantee this. Should you wish a guaranteed room to be assigned, we will charge an additional € 10.00 per night preference costs for a stay shorter than 7 nights. For longer stays we are happy to guarantee a specific accommodation free of charge. If you have further questions or specific needs, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will be happy to assist you between 8.30 and 17.30.
All bookings and services of Villa Magnolia are subject to The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) which can be downloaded on this page. These terms and conditions are binding for all our guests. The terms and conditions on this page apply to all pricing, reservations and cancellations.
General conditions of your stay
We welcome you to check in after 14:00 pm and check out before 10:30 am. Our reception desk closes at 17:30. We accept bookings with a minimum stay of 2 nights. This minimum can vary depending on (national) holidays. Animals are generally not accommodated on our grounds. Smoking is banned in all buildings. Smoking in the accommodations will result in a surcharge of one night (based on the standard room rate) for airing and cleaning the room.

Listed Prices
All prices stated on www.villamagnolia.nl, printed materials and advertisements are published without local taxes and surcharges. We welcome changes to bookings but be advised that €15,00 will be charged per adjustment.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations made within 30 days of arriving are charged following the code of conduct by Horeca Nederland and are illustrated in the table below (with the exeption of the holiday homes).

If you would like to cancel the reservation of a holiday cottage, we kindly request you to call us first. We will then process the cancellation for you upon receiving a written confirmation per registered letter. The following cancellation conditions apply:
a. If you cancel more than 8 days after booking but 3 months before your scheduled arrival, 15% of your reservation total will be charged.
b. If you cancel less than 3, but more than 1 month before your scheduled arrival, 50% of your reservation total will be charged.
c. If you cancel less than 1 month, but more than 1 week before your scheduled arrival, 75% of your reservation total will be charged.
d. If you cancel within the week before your scheduled arrival, 100% of your reservation total will be charged.
In case of changes in the booking Villa Magnolia reserves the right to charge a €15 changing fee.
Payment methods
Villa Magnolia accepts multiple payment methods. Payments can be made by Visa- or MasterCard. We prefer payment via debit card and accept both Maestro and V-Pay. We also accept cash payments in euro. Please be aware that it is not possible to pay with € 200 and € 500 notes.
For a carefree check-out you could also decide to transfer the payment by bank prior to arrival. Our IBAN is NL44 RABO 0329 5406 61 registered at Rabobank in Oostkapelle.

Non refundable rate
It is possible to make a booking directly at Villa Magnolia with a non-refundable rate. This ensures you of a competitive booking price. On reservations with the non-refundable rate, different cancellation conditions apply. To make the booking final, we ask you to immediately pay the full amount of the booking (100%) during the reservation. Cancellations and / or changes to the reservation made on the basis of the non-refundable rate are not possible. Making a reservation with this rate is possible up to a month (30 days) in advance.
Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry
Villa Magnolia abides by the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). The UVH are the terms and conditions on which catering establishments set up in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, bars and related businesses (including catering firms, party service firms etc.) provide catering services and enter into catering agreements. The UVH are registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.
